Gentle Reiki for Sensitive & Anxious Children
Ages 3–7: 30 minutes — $45 CAD

This Reiki session is designed for highly sensitive, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed children who may need extra support feeling calm and safe in their bodies.
Some children feel things deeply. They absorb environments, transitions, and emotions around them. This gentle session helps soothe the nervous system, support emotional regulation, and encourage restful balance.
Sessions are kept soft, quiet, and age-appropriate. For in-person appointments, a parent remains present at all times. For distance sessions, Reiki can be sent while your child is resting or asleep in their own familiar space.
This offering may support children experiencing:
• Anxiety or school-related stress
• Difficulty winding down or sleeping
• Big life transitions (new sibling, move, separation)
• Emotional sensitivity or overstimulation
Each session includes:
• A brief parent consultation
• Gentle Reiki support

Mobile Reiki allows you to experience energy healing in the safety and familiarity of your environment. This is especially supportive for those navigating chronic illness, postpartum recovery, nervous system sensitivity, or periods of heightened stress that make travel feel draining or inaccessible.
Together, we create a calm, grounded atmosphere within your home. Reiki is gently channeled to encourage relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic reset without the added pressure of going out.
Because these sessions require travel and preparation, availability is limited to 2–3 days per month.

Distant Reiki Session
• Pricing: The price for distant Reiki sessions is the same as the rates listed for all other Reiki sessions on this website.

• Payment: Payment is processed online after your booking has been confirmed. Instructions for completing payment will be sent with your confirmation.
• Receiving Your Session: You may receive distant Reiki from the comfort of your home. Many clients choose to rest, meditate, or sleep during their session.
• Quiet Space: For the best experience, it is recommended to find a calm and comfortable environment where you can relax during the scheduled time.
