✨What is Reiki ?
In a Reiki session, universal life force energy is channeled through the practitioner to clear blockages and support your own natural healing process. The experience is deeply relaxing and can leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
Perfect if you’re moving through anxiety, emotional heaviness, or simply need a reset to feel calm, clear, and connected again.
🌸 The History of Reiki
Reiki originated in Japan in the early 1900s through Dr. Mikao Usui, who developed the practice after a period of fasting, meditation, and spiritual awakening on Mount Kurama. Usui recognized Reiki as a natural healing energy accessible to all and began teaching and sharing it widely.
From Japan, Reiki spread to the West through Hawayo Takata, who brought the practice to Hawaii in the late 1930s. Since then, Reiki has expanded globally, with many lineages supporting practitioners and clients in connecting to this universal life force energy.

I am a certified Holy Fire® Reiki practitioner, trained through Levels I–III (Master Level) and Teacher Level. This training has deepened my ability to hold space, channel Reiki safely, and support others with integrity and care.
I approach my work with both professional training and lived experience, offering grounded, heart-centered energy support.
-
My approach to Reiki is structured, intentional, and client-centered. Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand what you’re currently experiencing and what you would like support with. From there, the session is tailored to your needs, whether that’s stress reduction, emotional regulation, mental clarity, or restoring energy.
I focus on creating a calm, safe environment where your nervous system can settle. I work gently and allow your body to respond at its own pace.
My goal is to provide consistent, professional care that supports balance, resilience, and practical integration into your daily life.
-
At the beginning of your session, we’ll have a brief check-in to discuss how you’re feeling and what you would like support with. You’ll then lie comfortably on a treatment table (fully clothed) while I gently place my hands on or just above specific areas of the body.
During the session, you may experience:
• Deep relaxation
• Warmth or tingling sensations
• A feeling of heaviness or lightness
• Emotional release
• Subtle energy movement
• Or simply a calm, restful stateEvery experience is different. Some people feel noticeable sensations, while others simply feel deeply relaxed.
After your session, you may feel:
• Lighter or clearer
• Calm and grounded
• Slightly tired (this is normal as your body integrates)It is recommended to drink lots of water after your session to support your body’s natural integration process. Gentle rest and a slower pace for the remainder of the day can also be beneficial.
