My Healing Journey

Hi, I’m Dania

Reiki practitioner, women’s healer, Gemini Sun, mother, and founder of Big Sis Heals.

Reiki found me in 2017 during a deeply vulnerable season of my life. What began as personal support during a period of emotional and spiritual transition became a long-term path of healing, discipline, and self-trust.

I’m naturally curious and reflective. Very much aligned with my Gemini nature :). I value thoughtful conversation, lifelong learning, and understanding how both energy and environment shape our lives. My approach to healing is intuitive but grounded. I believe in presence, personal responsibility, and steady growth.

Outside of my practice, I’m a devoted mother and someone who feels most balanced near water. The ocean and other bodies of water are my place of clarity and reset. I love to travel, read, explore new cultures, and move my body through dance. I’m also passionate about astrology, particularly astrocartography and how geography can influence personal evolution and expansion.

My healing journey also included restoring balance to my feminine energy after navigating hormonal imbalances and fertility challenges. Through Reiki and intentional energetic work, I was able to realign and eventually conceive my son. That experience deepened my respect for the body’s intelligence and the importance of patience and timing.

Big Sis Heals was created from lived experience. I’m not here to position myself as a guru. I’m here to hold a steady and supportive space with integrity, warmth, and professionalism.
